 Today we did a writers checklist for our assignment this week. The passages where about the person on the 50 dollar bill and that we should and shouldn't change it to someone else. We picked a side and we introduced a claim. We gave 3 ideas for our claim and then the opposite reasons for them.

 Today we continued reading the color purple and moving some of the movie. We also did an assignment where we made a poem of quotes from the book 

                          It takes time Nobody fight for Shug, he say But what bout me? My hands tremble and my breath short. Mr. ast me how I git her to eat. I say, Nobody living can stand to smell home cured ham without tasting it Can I sit in here and eat with you? Me and Mr. both look up at her. Us three set together gainst Tobias and his fly speck box of chocolate. This the closest us ever felt For the first time in my life, I feel just right.

 Not here today, was at the black panther 2 field trip.

 We started a bench assessment today, questions 1-19 today and doing 20 tomorrow.
